Please ensure that you read all the following carefully.

NB. When booking international flights:

You will need to arrive in Delhi at least 2 days prior to retreat start date.  We will meet in Delhi on the 20th March for the Spring retreat. Allow at least one day at retreat end to transfer back to Delhi before flying out.

Prices include:

  • 1 night accommodation in Delhi
  • Transfer from airport
  • Transfer to rail station
  • Transfer by train to/from Delhi-Pathankot
  • Transfers to/from Pathankot and retreat centre
  • Porters to/from road to retreat centre
  • All yoga classes
  • 2 massages
  • Meditation & breathing classes
  • All food during the retreat

Prices do not include:

  • Air flights to/from Delhi
  • Food in Delhi or during transfers
  • Overnight stays in Delhi on return from retreat
  • Transfer return to airport.

Refunds and Cancellations:

In light of organisational costs we must apply the following terms and conditions. Please read and be aware of the following cancellation charges which apply to all bookings:

  • 6 weeks prior to retreat    loss of admin fee
  • 3-6 weeks prior to retreat    loss of 50% of total price
  • 3 weeks or less    loss of 90% of total price
  • 2 weeks or less    loss of 100% of total price

Booking & Deposits

Before you book, please read all the information on the site carefully.

When you are ready to book you will be required to make a deposit payment of £400 to secure your place.

You can make a deposit payment online by clicking the button below and using the Paypal secure server.

Final payment for your retreat will be due no later than 4 weeks before departure date. Final payment can be made by clicking the final payments button below.


We will add a 3% charge to all credit card bookings to cover paypal fees.

Alterations and Changes on Our Behalf: the small print

Courses may be changed or cancelled at short notice and without warning. A full refund will be given if we have to cancel the retreat entirely at our fault.
